Especially For Ewe spends a lot of time posting about English Smocking but what is English smocking?  English smocking is a traditional embroidery technique that gathers fabric together into tight pleats so that it can stretch and return to its gathered shape. Pumpkin Spice or Apple Cinnamon

Fall and pumpkin harvest and cooler weather bring my mind to pumpkin spice season.  Yes, I love it.  I get the coffee creamer as soon as it is available and use it until I can't get it anymore.  Then there are doughnuts, coffee drinks and I think that I even heard about pumpkin ice cream.  With the diet that my husband and I are on right now, our most pumpkin-related thing is pumpkin muffins made with almond flour.  They are really good and spicy but sometimes a doughnut would be so much better.  Do you have a favorite fall flavor? ...
